Metodo Classico: Tasting Notes

Fine and persistent perlage. It opens with notes of
citrus and star anise and then flowers calycanthus
to close with memories of pastry. It is fresh, fruity,
enveloping. The residual sugar is barely perceptible.
Pleasant of the closing nut butters in the end.
